After-sales service: Zaugg records and archives all relevant machine and production data of your equipment, so that we can supply you with the correct parts, even years after delivery of the machine. Injection moulds are regularly cleaned, maintained and eventually stored for renewed use. In the case of prolonged intervals between production runs, we treat the moulds with a special preservative. Moulds that show excessive wear are of course replaced at our expense.
